Quality of the paper
Writing a quality paper requires that you follow the rules of academic writing such as the writing style and originality.
Grammar – paper should be free from grammatical errors and typos.
Punctuation – punctuation is crucial in paper writing as wrongly place or omitted punctuation mark changes the meaning of the sentence and results in trouble while reading. Makes it difficult for the reader to get the meaning. Always proofread the paper to ensure correct punctuation. In extreme cases, use Grammarly to check and make correct punctuation.
Vocabulary – the level of language difficulty should conform to the customer’s level of education. Avoid using words commonly used or very difficult words you don’t know the meaning. Commonly used or repeated words lower the quality of your paper.
Perfect tenses and modals – use of correct tenses and modal. Essays are always written in the active voice not passive voice. Avoid passive writing in your papers. Example: Passive voice: The decision was reached/made by John. The sentence should be, Active voice: John made the decision. (Most writers change/rewrite active to passive voice to remove plagiarism especially when they are duplicating somebody’s work as theirs. This is an unprofessional approach to academic writing. Read, understand and write or put it in your own words as it gives you the freedom to express your understanding and also removes plagiarism.) Duplicating other work as yours is unprofessional and is taken as plagiarism when you write in your own words, you write more words compared to duplicated work. NOTE: Read, Understand, Put in your own words, own understanding.
References – references are very crucial in any academic writing. You must include the references or work cited page at the end of your paper unless states. Referencing goes hand in hand with tin-text citation. Use of false references in your work is unprofessional, penalized/fined and even stricter consequences. In the last chapter of this book we have the rules for various writing styles APA, MLA, HAVARD, CHICAGO/TURABIAN (common writing style) and other writing styles such as AGLC, ASA, AMLA etc. The chapter also includes samples for each writing style and website links that offer advice on referencing.
Effective proofreading – Carefully go through your work once you are done writing to check for any errors, ensure correct citation and sentence structure, no grammatical errors and typos etc. Effective proofreading can improve the quality of your paper from B to A. In our team, we always recommend A+ quality papers – the paper answers the question, original, correct referencing and writing style, no grammatical errors and typos.
Effective proofreading is meant to allow you review or go through your paper, edit the paper, check sentence structure, tenses, citations, grammatical errors and typos so as to ensure the paper of the desirable quality. It is always advisable to proofread your paper before submitting so as to avoid revisions.
Writing a great paper with no revisions – good customer recommendation
1. Follow the instructions given by the customer/client/student. In case of difficulty always seek clarification from the customer. Do exactly what the customer wants and not what you think should be done unless you agree with the customer.
2. Answer the question. Read the question(s) carefully and ensure you understand the question. A good way of doing it is to read the question, break it down into parts, understand part by part identifying the questions to be answered in each part. Lastly read it as one question. In writing the paper, make sure you answer or reply to all the questions in the big questions.
Example: Complete a research report about biosensor. Some of the questions here include, what is a biosensor, how does the biosensor work, what are the components that make a biosensor, which techniques are used in a biosensor. This paper will need an Introduction part which will introduce the reader into the paper. All essay papers must have a Thesis Statement in the introduction part. You will talk briefly about the biosensor. The next part is the Body which discusses everything about the biosensors. Lastly, there will be a Conclusion. The conclusion closes up the paper, summarizes the paper findings/ or the answer to the question.
3. Be original to avoid instances of plagiarism. Plagiarism is an academic crime it leads to a score or the student being awarded F, repeating the course and even expulsion. As a result, the writing services never want to have their customers in trouble. It is the role of the writer to submit an original paper, written from scratch. Any plagiarized papers are rejected, no payments, penalized/fined heaving and also leads to termination of your employment with the writing service as your account will be closed. NB: Always be original, write from scratch. The use of software in writing your paper is prohibited, results to rejection of the paper, fines, and even termination of employment. Softwares such as Grammarly, plagiarismcheck.org, Copyscape Turnitin, viper, qutext, plagiarism checker etc. It is not advisable to use them as most of them store the paper without your knowledge thus the paper will be found plagiarized on submission. Grammarly or Turnitin can be used for proofreading. However, it is advisable that you proofread the paper as some errors may not be detected by the softwares. In cases that require checking similarity index, I advise that you use plagiarismcheck.org or Copyscape, or thepensters.
NOTE: Be original/ write from scratch.
